Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, needles, inks, and certain PPE cannot be returned once the original seal is broken.

Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days to qualify for a standard return.
Request an RMA
Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address.
Secure Packaging
Pack your items securely in a sturdy box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package to prevent processing delays.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for integrity, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
